I have recently started using the Realtek RTL8192EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter and I have installed the drivers for it 1030.40.128.2019. how ever, whenever I try to connect to a network via WIFI it says "can't connect to this network" but, for some reason, when I plug in my mobile phone to the pc using a USB It connects, but shortly after I lose connection and it says "connected, no internet" or completely disconnects. I've disabled the power saving option that could turn off the adaptor but still, no difference. And by the way, I use Windows 10 pro version 10.019042 Build 19042

    Hi, windowsuser.101

    Thanks for posting in the community.

    According to your description, the wireless network card cannot connect to the Internet normally,

    Is it a ‘plug and play’ wireless network card? If it is, you need to install the adapted driver correctly before it can be used normally;

    In addition, before this problem occurs, have you used this wireless network card normally? Or did you encounter this situation when you first used it?

    If it appears during the first use, we cannot rule out the compatibility of the device, whether it is suitable for Windows 10, you need to contact the store to confirm and replace it;

    If you can use it normally before, what did you do to your system before this problem occurred?

    If you have any updates, please feel free and come back to share with us.
