Incompatible program

Just purchased a new Dell computer. Tried installing TurboTax 2020 program I just get a blank screen. Tried running troubleshooter issue found Incompatible Program. How do I fix it

    Hello My, welcome to the Microsoft community my name is Luiz Cruz, I am a Windows 10 expert user and would be happy to help you;

    I understand that the TurboTax 2020 program is showing the message that it is incompatible;

    Initially I recommend that you contact Software support and check if they have a solution for this issue;

    You can try installing the program in Windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode;

    Right-click on the program setup icon and access Properties;
    Click on the Compatibility tab;
    Check the option: Run this program in compatibility mode, and check Windows 8;
    Below also check the option: Run this program as administrator;
    Click Apply and then OK;
    Try installing the program again;

    I have tried what you have suggested, the program still opens with a blank screen

    Hi My Mysty,

    It's probably a corrupted installation files. Can you redownload the install files from Intuit?
