Windows 10 Regularly BSOD

Hi, I'm looking for helps to solve the constant BSOD issues with my newly built PC. It's about couple times of BSOD every day. It occurs mostly when my PC was idle. sometimes it happened when I was opening email or watching YouTube.

My PC specifications: AMD 5950x, MSI Unify X570, Kingston 16GB DDR4 x2, Quadro RTX6000 x2, Intel p660 nvme 500GB x1, Samsung 860 EVO SATA 1TB x1, Samsung 860 EVO M.2 x1, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB x1.

Windows version: 21H1

OS Build: 19043.1083

I've run disk check, and ram check with no luck.

I've replace all usb devices, mouse and keyboard etc.. Issues are still there.

I've run burning test for my CPU, it passed. So, I'm assuming the issue is not related to the overheat? not sure.

I've updated the latest driver for the GPUs. ( BSOD was more often before the driver updated).

I've also run ReImage last night, and paid $30 to fix bunch of error files by the software. But, BSOD was happened again soon after.

All the components were brand-new (so far they are less than 6 months old), except GPUs.

Here is one of the recent error report from Reliability Monitor:

Very much appreciated if anyone can help me to pinpoint where the issue is. or show me how to do so. Because it's really frustrating to have such annoying problems with a new build.

Regards,

Tony

Log says:

An unrecoverable hardware error has occurred.

Reported component: processor core

Source of the error: Computer verification exception

Error type: Bus or interconnect error

Processor APIC ID: 28

Please look for updated BIOS. Reinstall CPU with careful contacts cleaning.

Could it be you've unblock some cores?

    Hi Igor

Finally, I found the issue. The X570 MB is not friendly with Ryzen 5000 series processor. Even if I have updated the latest BOIS, my MSI X570 unify still doesn't work well with my R9 5950x. My current solution is that I use a B550 MB instead. It works perfectly.

    Hi Igor

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

Yes, I've got the latest BIOS installed. It doesn't help.

I also suspect it's a hardware issue. But, CPU, MB, RAM, SSD are all new. GPU looks good as well. RAM has been replace by another new purchase in a different brand (It was Corsair ram). So, I really want to know which one I need to replace next.

Below is the evtx file for the system log.

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, I'm Independent Advisor. I have 12 Microsoft MVP awards. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Seems you have some hardware problems.

Did you update BIOS to the latest version?

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.
