Reading Functionality in Magnifier App Not working. Says No Compatible Voice Found.

Hi, the reading function in my Magnifier accessory app is disabled. On clicking the wheel, it says that compatible voice has not been installed. However when I switch on narrator,    narrator voice works fine. Magnifier voice doesn't work even with Narrator on.

I understand that you’re facing issues when using narrator in Magnifier on your PC.

We will certainly look into this for you.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try creating a new user account and see if you’re able to use the narrator in Magnifier. Refer the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10

Thanks for replying. Actually, I had tried to use this feature for the first time, since I got to know about this feature recently, so I wanted to use this while reading long texts, to improve retention by engaging audio along with reading.
