My laptop's specifications are as follows -

  • Intel Core Cetrino Duo processor T7500(2.2GHz), T7700 (2.4 GHz)
    • 4 MB L2 cache, 800 MHz front-side bus
  • 2 GB Ram (LPDDR2)
  • 64 Bit Operating System
  • 120 GB Storage (HDD)

I am facing the following Problems during Installation -

  • After Installation from USB the Laptop restarts and after restarting it stops during Loading.
  • The Windows Logo is visible and 3 dots under it. (Refering to the Loding sign that appears but it is stuck)
  • After Installing and configuring region, language and etc , it automatically shuts down.(in less than a second)

I am installing Windows 10 Pro N (Tried others also , none of them are working)

Even tried different USB and downloading ISO files again and again , but with no success.

Also would like to mention that I am giving it enough power supply.

The stuck problem often gets fixed after removing the battery.

    Hi Priyansu,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

From reading the specs of that laptop, it is not really strong enough to run Widows 10 and you will experience hardware problems and possibly blue screens, because the hardware is now considered to be legacy and you only have 2GB of DDR2 RAM.

If Windows 10 is going to run on that hardware, the version you should try to install is the 32bit version of Windows 10 Home, the 64bit version will not run on that hardware.
