Performance decrease after BIOS update

I  recently   updated  Laptop  BIOS.

After  the  update,  performance  has  significantly  decreased and laptop  has  basically  been rendered useless.

Product  details:

Lenovo S340  14-API

Ryzen 3

8GB RAM

Earlier  BIOS  : AMCN28WW

Updated  BIOS  : AMCN29WW

I  cannot  roll back  to  older  BIOS  as  the  file is  not  available anywhere.

    Yeah did it already,
    It worked.

    Thanks for the help.
    Was searching for the bios file for like a week.

    You will have to enable the BIOS Back Flash option in the BIOS.

    If you continue having issues, you should really post your issue to the Lenovo forums [lenovo.com] or reach out to Lenvo support as your issue is not Windows 10-related.

    Cant install an older BIOS

    You may want to reach out to Lenovo support to report the issue. They may have a workaround or newer update.

    You can also download the older BIOS directly from their site using the link below:
