    i tried above steps but my laptop still showed as Hello Face and Hello Thumbprint unavailable.

    What would be the cause and any other recommendation?

    First, I suggest that you run the System File Checker to check if there are corrupted files that might be causing this problem.

    To run it, follow these steps:

    Open Command Prompt and Run it as administrator. Select Yes to make changes on the prompt where it will ask for changes to be made to your PC.

    Type this command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    Then press Enter

    Wait for the message that says "The operation completed successfully."

    Type another command:

    sfc/scannow

    Then press Enter

    This command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy

    After the verification is complete, restart your PC and check if the problem is gone.
