I tried to open %appdata% by using run window

but I got this thing instead

I got the same result when running C:\Users...\Downloads or something like that

I ran sfc /scannow, but seem like it had no problem

So... What should I do?

There's a thread (with answer) describing the same problem for people who changed from a local account to a Microsoft account:

Try running %appdata% and when it asks what program to use, select Notepad.

Then in the Notepad menu, go to File > Save as - You should see the filename, and in the address bar click the left side icon, and you'll see the full path to the file.

Navigate to the file and delete it.
