Realtek Experiencing Hardware Errors

Recently on my HP laptop I've been randomly finding that Windows can't connect to a WiFi network and comes up with the message (Unable to connect to this network) for every network I try. I know it's the laptop or the drivers since my Dell Laptop which users a Killer Adaptor connects to all the networks fine. I had my laptop enable and disable the drivers with multiple restarts. It turned out eventually that the Realtek driver would randomly be able to connect or not. I eventually got through Windows Update (using it to check for any driver update for network receivers or transceivers) but there were no new updates detected that could be installed. The troubleshooter that detected the problems diagnosed it as a Hardware Error that either wasn't working properly or not up to date (clearly was up to date though according to Windows Update).

Any knowledge about the causes and what can be done to solve this issue?

    Hello Gamefreaknet, welcome to the Microsoft community my name is Luiz Cruz, I am a Windows 10 expert user and would be happy to help you;

    I understand that you are unable to connect over Wi-Fi to your HP computer;

    What would your computer model be?

    Initially I recommend going to the HP website and downloading the latest Wi-Fi adapter drivers;

    Also perform a disk clean:

    Press Windows key + R and type: cleanmgr and press Enter;

    Click Clean system files and wait for the files to load;

    Select all files and click Ok to delete them;

    If you don't know how to look for network drivers on the HP website, let us know which notebook model is and we'll help you with that;

    I await news, see you soon!
