Try to return to a previous point.
- Open Start.
- Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.
- Click the System Restore button.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer.
- Click the Scan for affected programs button to understand the apps that will no longer be available because they're added after the creation of the restore point.
- Click the Close button.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Finish button.

Try using SFC.
Press the Start key and type the word CMD, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
•- sfc /scannow
