Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue. What is your current windows version and edition? Press Start then click Settings(Gear icon), select System then About.
Please click and download Client License Service (ClipSVC) .reg file at the link below

Save the .reg file to your desktop
Double click the downloaded .reg file to merge it
When prompted, click Yes, and OK
When finished, safely restart your computer to apply
