Facing errors when installing software/games/drivers/even windows updates

Receiving error code 0xc000012f when trying to install software. 

Replaced my ssd, ram, wifi card and ran a clean install of windows so it's definitely not a hardware issue

Lastly, got 0x80240031 error message when trying to install the Windows update

I've tried everything so far and Windows is just not installing properly. Any help appreciated
