Screen flickers when using mouse

Hellow there, I have an issue with my Elightbook 8460 when touching touchpad/ external mouse screen is shaking and I cant do anything but when I leave it my pc stay normal

I opened it removing dust disconnecting the keyboard mouse but is not solve.

Any experience on this please...🙏🏾

    Good Day Yudathade,

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    First unplug the mouse, use a different ports.

    -Right click on the Taskbar
    -Click Task Manager
    -Look for Windows Explorer
    -Right click and hit Restart.

    Restart your computer using cleanboot.

    Visit this link as reference.

    Once done restarting proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X
    -Go to Device Manager
    -Expand the Display Adapter
    -Look for Display driver that was installed
    -Right click and Update

    Restart your computer and check.

    I have done all that before opening hardware but unfortunately i solved it after using adapter only without a battery and after replacing a new battery its okay now.
