Hi,
I'm Pedro A, Independent Advisor and I will help you
First, open Control Panel and select "Applications"
Uninstall the latest versions of "Microsoft Visual C++"
(Example: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 / Microsoft Visual C++ 2017)
Now,
Install all versions of Microsoft Visual C ++
Download this file

Install X64 And X86 versions of C ++ available for windows.
Restart your Windows and check if the message still appears.
When running "vc_redist.x86.exe" it gives me the same popup, but not with vc_redist.x64.exe
EDIT: Try this first
Download the Microsoft Install Uninstall Troubleshooter.
Double click to run it, then let it do its thing and select the Uninstall option.
In the list of programs, you should see:
Select the first one and proceed. It will scan and clear up the problem. Exit out of the troubleshooter.
Run the troubleshooter again and select the other runtime entry to uninstall.
Finally, run the vc_redist.x86.exe installer.
AFter doing this IT said the issue was fixed but could not uninstall it
