Hi,

I already read a lot of the same problems and answers here into the forum, but unfortunately without result.

After 10-15 minutes I connect my Xbox One Wireless Headset to the PC, I become a BSOD "DPC Watchdog Violation".

I already update all drivers, BIOS, firmware, but nothing helps. I also disconnect all other periphery and hdd drives, but always the same result, 10-15 minutes after Xbox One Wireless Headset connection the Bluescreen is coming.

The Headset is connected to the newest Xbox wireless usb stick. If I connect the Xbox controller everything works fine, no problems since weeks.

The latest dmp file is here:

Thanks for your support in advance.

    Hi Prakhar,

thanks a lot for your detailed feedback. The hint "How to perform a clean boot in Windows" was the solution. I deactivate service by service and found the bluescreen is coming from the service "devolo Network Service". After I deactivate the "devolo Network Service" the Xbox Headset is running without bluescreen.

I don't need the "devolo Network Service" any longer and also deinstalled the devolo Software. Everything is fine now.

    I really appreciate your support.

    Issue solved.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you’re facing issues with Blue Screen on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

We will certainly look into this for you.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

We were not able to analyze the dump file that you shared. Please share the dump files again so that we can analyze and find the root cause.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the article Troubleshoot blue screen errors and see if that helps.

You can also try booting the PC in Safe Mode and see if it crashes. Refer the article Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

If the PC is not crash in Safe Mode, then try booting the PC in Clean Boot and see if the PC crashes. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

If the PC doesn’t crash after performing Clean Boot, then please refer the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean bootto identify the root cause of the issue.

Note: Please refer the sectionReset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshootingto boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting

In addition, you can try reinstalling the audio drivers on the PC and see if that helps. Refer the article Refer the section Reinstall the device driver from the article Update drivers in Windows 10

Let us know if you need any further assistance, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards,
