    Hi Angelina

How are you? I hope you are doing good.

Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am Juliet, an independent advisor. It's my pleasure to help you today. I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you :)

I would suggest you try to Use Local Group Policy Editor.

Press the Windows + R keys.

In the opened Run dialog box, type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

Once you’re inside the Local Group Policy Editor, select Local Computer Policy.

Extend Computer Configuration, then click on Administrative Templates.

Look at the right side and double-click on the System section from the shown list.

Scroll down to Logon and double-click on it.

Click on Exclude credential providers, then, on the left side, on policy settings.

    Checkmark the Enabled option.

Click on Apply and then on Ok.

Restart your computer, wait for the next startup to complete, and try to access it once again.

I hope it helps! Let me know the results.

Please Let me know if you have more questions or the above method didn't work for you, I'll be more than happy to assist you further :)
