BSOD - TCPIP.sys

Hello,

since three weeks i get random bluescreens. sometimes 3-4 times a day, sometime once a week.

It always says Memory Management. Sometimes with tcpip.sys, sometimes with ntoskrnl.exe.

Here is my minidump: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArajDfy0zN0BzG6ur_ppHrMUsYuB?e=gYjKMk

I already did a memcheck and everything was alright. Also i didn´t changed any hardware or settings since i got into this problem.

I usually do updates like windows updates and GPU Driver updates... My BIOS is on the newest Version.

maybe someone could look into this?

Best wishes and stay healthy.

Probably caused by : tcpip.sys ( tcpip!TcpBwUpdateEre+7480e )

tcpip.sys is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault.

    Hello Rob,

    thank you very much.

Here are the things i´ve done:

    • Updated the BIOS to F61c.
    • Updated 3 drivers through the Intel Tool.
    • Updated the AMD Chipset Driver.

    until now, no bluescreen occurred.

Thank you very much. I will keep you updated, if the BSODs coming back :)
