In this menu press the F1 to enter the Recovery Environment, and in the list open the Command Prompt and then type the following command:
chkdsk /r
And press enter and let it runs and see what is the result.
Then restart your PC.

Oh no, it still doesn't work, maybe i have to take it to a repair shop
So you just changed the battery?
Try take out the battery and use the adaptor and see if the problem persist?
