Try disconnecting the internet from the computer and try entering the windows key again. if it doesn't work you would have to go back to the store and inform them that the key you bought is not working as it appears as an invalid key.

2021-06-06T12:14:41+00:00 Did you buy a licence with a Microsoft COA label. Was it a Windows 10 Pro retail or OEM licence. You cannot upgrade from Home to Pro using an OEM licence it requires a clean install of Windows 10 Pro.

2021-06-05T20:32:29+00:00 Hello how are you?
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
My name is Marcelo C., I am an independent consultant, I am here to help you in the best possible way.
Did you buy windwos 10 pro from microsoft store or did you buy a passkey?
does this message appear when you enter the access key?
Sometimes this message might just be an activation error.
If you have purchased a key, check with the supplier if everything is ok. If you have purchased online directly from microsoft try using troubleshoot.
To do this go to settings> security and update> troubleshoot and click on additional trobleshoot and select windows update. It will check if there are any bugs or updates to another version available.
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a nice day and stay safe.
