Can't open link

This morning I received an email and when I tried to open it, I got this error:

Unable to open https://rdr-prod.ddims.cc/public/v1/links/ba0437-5109-4948-a3dc-ef584eb710e1?cid=117213

Restarted my computer, no help.

Sent query to originator, still awaiting a response.

Googled it - nothing.

Any idea what this is?

    As of right now, no. I received another one about 1 hour ago and It was ok.

    Guess who ever sent that had an error in it. Sent them an email on this but haven't gotten a response yet.

    Will let you know what they say when I get one.

    The error occurs when I try to open an email. Never had this problem before. Here's a snip of the email
