    If this is for your personal PC, then you will want Windows 10 Enterprise 2019. The Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC version is targeted for device manufacturers.

    CPU I7 is not personal PC , It is device about iot . I'm not sure that if i buy license Windows 10 IoT Enterprise Entry it can be used with device iot cpu i7 or higher.

    Ok. If you are building an IoT Devices, then Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC is the correct version. I have never heard of an Entry level, but I recommend contacting a Microsoft distributor for more information: https://wfbdevicemanagementprod.blob.core.windows.net/windowsforbusiness/Windows_IoT_Distributor_Information.pdf
