Hi AnnoyedLoki7594
How are you? I hope you are doing good.
Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am Juliet, an independent advisor. It's my pleasure to help you today. I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you :)
another thing we could try is to disable fast startup:
- Press the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run dialog
- type powercfg.cpl and hit Enter.
- The Power Options window should appear. Click "Choose what the power buttons do" from the column on the left.
- Scroll down to "Shutdown settings" and uncheck the box for "Turn on fast startup".
Note: If these options are greyed out then you may need to click "Change settings that are currently unavailable".
- Click the "Save changes" button to apply the changes.
I hope it helps! Let me know the results.
Please Let me know if you have more questions or the above method didn't work for you, I'll be more than happy to assist you further :)
