Weird issues with connection

Hi, so I've been experiencing some connection issues with some programs, such as COD Warzone, Zoom, OneDrive, and other unnamed programs that I have yet to try, but programs such as Discord, Google Chrome, and some messengers that I use such as LINE work perfectly fine. Browsing seems to also be unaffected since I'm posting this on my PC. I tried updating Windows as well, and it shows me an error message:

"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80073b01)"

I tried several solutions that I've searched up on Google, and yet nothing still has worked. I'm getting quite frustrated as I use this PC on the daily, and I'm afraid that I won't be able to use the PC for important activities such as Zoom meetings :(

I've searched for malwares or anything like that although I did a scan once and showed something like "PUP.Babylon.Optional" or something along the lines of that but I have removed it since the first scan that I did, and the issue still persists.

Any response would be of great help, thank you!

Hi again Carlo! Thank you for your extremely fast responses, I appreciate it a lot!

Yeah, I did the reset with the option to keep my files but it didn't work for some reason as no changes were made, I'll try and fully reset my PC this time to see if it can work.

I'll update you as soon as possible!
