    Are you trying to set up Windows Hello Facial Recognition on your PC and if so, did that ever previously work and now it does not?

    Open the Settings App, then go to Accounts- Sign-In Options

    What error is indicates for Facial Recognition?

    What is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC, that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing.
