Azure Certification course Refund?

I recently paid for the certification course of azure fundamentals exam (AI - 900) through the PSI exams portal. I do not like paying money for external certifications but my college had recommended me to take some summer course. However later, my college said that they do not recognize this specific course so now I want to take a course like DA - 100.

So I was looking for a way to refund this AI course (which is scheduled on July 30) but I am not able to confirm that cancelling my exam schedule will give me a refund
