Hi,

If someone could help that would be great!

I was on a call on my PC on Microsoft teams then all of a sudden teams kept crashing, everyone I tried to join the call it would just exit itself out. Then Microsoft Edge stopped working - I literally can't even open it. Then my PC would randomly start blinking then the whole PC would freeze then I'll get the blue screen which you see below. Also, if I am able to use Google chrome the video quality is poor with weird transformer like noises coming from it. I've tried uninstalling mcafee total protection antivirus, I uninstalled teams and I even uninstalled the latest Windows update in safe mode - all to no avail. I don't know what to do!

Thanks for the feedback. Now We can try enabling a Clean Windows Boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps to eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program on Windows 10. You can also resolve or determine which conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

Please check the necessary procedures to do a clean boot on Windows at the link below:

If the problem does not occur at Clean Boot, the article itself indicates how to identify the problem.

Hello, my name is Anderson Souza, I am an Independent Advisor and I hope I can help you with your problem today.

Is your PC processor an Intel processor?

We can start by checking the integrity of your system files. Windows has two tools commonly used for this purpose: SFC and DISM.

The System File Checker (SFC) tool built into Windows will scan your Windows system files for corruption or any other changes. If a file has been modified, it will automatically replace that file with the correct version. If the SFC command doesn’t work, you can also try the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) command to repair the underlying Windows system image.

[ Using System File Checker in Windows 10 ]

System File Checker is a utility in Windows 10 that checks for problems with files on your computer. To run it, follow these steps:

Make sure you've installed the latest updates for Windows 10, and then restart your machine. To find out more, read Update Windows 10.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes.

    Type

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

(note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)

After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully," type

    sfc /scannow

(note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.

After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit.
