Hi. When working on a terminal server, the client often freezes.

There are no errors in the logs. I read that UDP may be the problem. But turning it off is a bad decision.

Disabling UDP helped. Is there any fix without disabling UDP?

    Hi,

You may try setting set the group policy "Use WDDM graphics display driver for Remote Desktop Connections" under "Computer Configuration->Policies->Windows Settings->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Remote Desktop Services->Remote Desktop Session Host->Remote Session Enviroment" to Disabled.
This will force the use of XDDM graphics display drive.

    Best Regards,
    Ian Xue
