Windows 10 safe mode

I m trying to boot my computer into safe mode but it says enforce policy only allows administrator to sign in Safe Mode

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows Hello, lock screen and sign-in

    It didnt work i just wanna be able to use windows 10 i would factory reset my device but when i got to advance startup it automaticly takes me to advanced options
