Unhandled Exception - help

I get the following exception when I start my computer. What does it mean and can I fix it?

    Hi BronwynBolt,

    Open that Startup tab on Task Manager again, and disable the two items shown below, I believe the error is caused by the Seagate Toolkit app, though it may be caused by the Canon Quick Utility Toolbox.

    Then restart your PC again, and check if the error is gone.

    Then, enable one of those again and restart, that way you will find which one is causing the error.

    Then uninstall the app that is causing the error and if you want to continue using that app, go to their website to download and re-install the latest version they provide.

    Hi BronwynBolt,

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

    There is some App or utility that is set to run on your Windows Startup that is causing an exception to be thrown on your startup.

    What is that small window behind that error message, I cannot make out what that is.

    There is no enough information on the printout on your screenshots to see which app or utility that is.

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    Select the Startup Tab on Task Manager.

    Please post a screenshot of that tab.
