    Good Day Kushaal,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc.

I checked your manufacturers website and it appears that your device model is not supported in Windows 10, you will experience compatibility issue with the drivers.

Your manufacturer did not release a driver for Windows 10.

You can try to install the driver for Windows 8.1 and check if it will work for you.

    Here's the link to download.

    https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver...

Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and check the Bluetooth.

If the Bluetooth won't work you can reach out to your manufacturer which is Acer and check if there is alternative driver you can use or you can go back to the previous version of Windows.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
