Literally i had to call in to work today because my internet was down, and My computer was on some ****. All i needed was to talk to someone. I call and they say "Support has moved online to cut down wait ques. Go onlinem, Good bye" and i HAVE TO **** WAIT IN A CUE TO GET HELP ****!?!?!?!

ALSO I COULDN'T **** GO ONLINE, The cable company had a 5 hour unexplained outtage. Soo HOW AGAIN AM I SUPPOSED TO GET **** SUPPORT. and then there isn't any articles pertaining to my problem, Yeah platinum service miscrosoft. For this support i might as well switch to Linux. At least i know theres no one to support me and im on my own. not the lie of support, just to leave you alone with nothing.

a billion dollar international company and they can't afford an on the phone help team. I hope they miraculously go out of business.

    We don't work for Microsoft.

We are mainly volunteers here, who give other users free advice in our own free time.

If you wish to make a complaint:

The only way to do this is to contact your Local Microsoft Office by phone or letter with all the details.

"Microsoft office locations around the world"

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/worldwide.aspx

    "Global Customer Service phone numbers"

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/13948/global-customer-service-phone-numbers

And a lot of the Support links are not for what you want, as they go to outsourced Support Contractors who can provide no assistance for your problem; namely a complaint to Microsoft.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

You are always welcome to post your computer problems here, as there is no cost for any assistance that you receive from here.

If you wish to post a question/thread about a computer hardware/software problem here, choose the correct Forum to do so in from this link:
