Change Windows 11 display (interface language)

Hello.

I may soon be a laptop that comes with Windows 11 Home, Single Language.

However, the language of the country I temporarily work in is not my primary language.

Is there any way to change the display (interface) language (not the keyboard language?

Do the instructions here Language packs for Windows (microsoft.com) apply? I'm guessing not, since the laptop comes with Windows 11 Home, Single Language.

Is there any options? Such as purchasing the language pack I need from Microsoft, or upgrading to a Windows 11 edition that lets me change its language?

Best regards.
