Hi Savage,
Good day! This is Jhakesong and I will be happy to assist you with this.
I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. It could be an issue with the bluetooth driver. Are you able to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver and start the service? I suggest reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers from your computer.
Here is a guide on how to do that:

If the issue still persists after reinstallation, see if this registry tweak helps. It was originally for windows 8 but should also work with windows 10.
- Press Windows key + R
- Type regedit and press enter
- Navigate to these paths:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService_xxxx
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bthserv
- On each Bluetooth entry, edit the value for "Start", change it to 2
- Reboot right after
- Go back to services and make sure these services are set to Automatic:
Bluetooth Support Service
Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
and any other Bluetooth related services.
- Test your bluetooth device
