Windows 11 - Windows Hello

Hi all,

I have been using Win11 Pro for the last few months via the Insider Program. Apart from a few nuances, I have managed to find my way around.
The question I have is with regards to Windows Hello. Does it work for non-Microsoft Desktop Computers, i.e. custom built. Or is it just for Surface Pro's and other Microsoft Products?

I was due for an upgrade anyway, so I upgraded my whole system.
AMD Ryzen 7 5800, an ASUS X570-E, ample RAM.

A Logitech 922 Pro-Stream Webcam.

Under the Facial Recognition it states the option is currently unavailable.

    Yes, it works for any PC's that have a camera or fingerprint reader that qualifies, or if not the PIN is always an option which is said here to be as secure as a password:
