I've been trying t figure out what this means can anyone help please.

    This message means the game did some incorrect operation the system could not prevent. Please ask a help from game's support. And this may mean memory error.

    You may runWindows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts. Note, test hang at ~21% means memory error too.

    Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.
