Conhost programm isnt starting?

Hello guys, if i try to start a specific .exe the cmd pops up for 0.5 sec, closes immediately and thats it.. its not starting or something.. i tried to reset my Bios, i tried turn off my AV.. i tried Admin permission.. i actually tried everything and dont know how to fix this..

Maybe anybody here knows what to do.. ( im srry for my bad english im german :x )

    Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for sharing your concern with us today.

    What is your current Windows system? What program can't start .exe? Maybe you could try to close Windows defender.

    Here the steps:

    1. Enter Windows Security in the search box.
    2. Select Virus& threat protection.
    3. Select Manage settings.
    4. Turn off the options in the image below.

    Disclaimer: Follow these steps to temporarily turn off real-time Microsoft Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn on it immediately once issue fixed.
