Everything compatible for Windows 11 upgrade, except processor

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    You have a 6th gen Core i7 6700K, it is only some 7th gen and all 8th gen processors upwards that are supported, below is the list.

    You have two options, you can still install Windows 11 on an unsupported processor using the ISO, Microsoft strongly advises you to not install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, the other option is to contact your PC manufacturer to see if your processor can be upgraded.

    I have the i7 6700 processor on my Alienware gaming desktop pc all the other requirements are met except that one and as far as i know i cannot upgrade my current processor to one that supports windows 11
