Hi Rebecca- thank you for info.........................this problem was created 2 years ago when i updated to windows 10,not just

windows 11 issue. i can log into bad account, and thats it,i cant delete it because: there is a bad e-mail entered as administrator, and when system asks me to verify who i am,it sends code to bad e-mail? i'ts like a black hole? i have no idea

where it goes........so- i have 2 accounts already, dont need a 3rd account? i need this bad account and e-mail to be deleted.

i saw that i can delete my active account, dont want to do that..........i want to get rid of the account which has the bad e-mail address in it...............sure would be nice if i could actually talk to a human being on phone,i call microsoft, all you get is "our cust.support has gone on-line???"

    thank you................mike

Windows 11 has many problems but you can use many tools to fix it. Before using tools, try out How to Speed Up Windows 11 guide. This is a well written guide for every Windows 11 user.

    Hi,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for sharing your concern with us today.

We suggest that you do not log in with a local account, but try to log in with a new Microsoft account to see if it help.

How to create a new Microsoft account:

    1. Please try to call out and run through Windows+R, enter netplwiz and add an account. According to your needs, you can choose to create a local account and then bind your correct Microsoft account again, or you can create a Microsoft account directly, and select it after creation.: New account-properties-group-set permissions to administrators, click OK and close the interface .
    2. Then click Start-Power-Logout in the lower left corner of the computer, log out the current account that may be wrong, and switch to log in to the new account, and then check whether the widget function can normally use your correct account.
    3. And the wrong account can go to netplwiz after Windows+R again and click to select the account to delete. If our understanding is not appropriate, we are welcome to add specific information and you can upload the corresponding screenshots to facilitate my confirmation.

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards
