(Installing Windows 11) system_thread_exeption_not_handled. igdkmd64.sys

Hello, I'm currently trying to install Windows 11 on my computer.

This message appears which makes me think that my pc does support it just fine.

But for some reason when it's being installed, around 40%, after one of the said "many reboots may happen", i get this bluescreen (which is black for some reason) and it says: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

and it also says something about this: igdkmd64.sys

Can anyone offer me some help ?

I searched and i found out that this error is bound to the intel graphics cards. I already updated it, i also tried it with the previous update and got the same error.

Hi Ciao,

Indeed Intel DCH Graphic drivers are at fault.

Completely remove everything of Graphics driver using DDU, perform the upgrade and then install Graphics drivers when the upgrade is complete.

    Hello, thanks for your reply.

I couldn't find the file you asked for.

That's all there is inside that folder.

I actually got something that I think might help, it's a "error log" I guess.

    Here it is: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Auk1bETApgbdgzTTl5BQUCJioyoF?e=tITv1p
