    Unfortunately, yes, and your processor is not supported to run Windows 11 due to its current generation. As of now the supported processor for Intel's model is at least 8th Gen. I recommend using the PC health check app to double-check the compatibility of your PC for Windows 11.

    It probably is too old for windows 11 since your processer is a 5th gen but it would help if you gave us more information such as if it had a 2.0 TPM chip and which graphics card it has. Open device manager by searching it up then scroll to security devices and open the tab. Over there you can see if you have a TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module 2.0. If you don't have one windows 11 run but not safe and stable. Image
