Hi,

I configured Windows Hello (obviously with my face) in an account (named as "account 1"). Then I created another admin account("account 2") and erased the first one. Now I tried to use Windows Hello and my biometrical data is store somewhere in Windows and doesn't allow me to use Windows Hello on "account 2". Since, acount 1 is erased... what should I do to be able to use Windows Hello in my current account (2)?

    2-Type services.msc

3-Select Windows Biometric Service from the left hand side column

4-Right click on it and select Stop from the list that appears

Step 2 - Backup the old database:

    1-Open Windows Explorer

    2-Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase

3-Copy and paste the .DAT files into a new folder you've created

Step 3- Delete the old database:

    1-Open Windows Explorer

    2-Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase

    3-Delete the .DAT files

Step 4 - Start the biometric service:

1-Press the Win + R keys together to open a Run dialog box

    2-Type services.msc

3-Select Windows Biometric Service from the left hand side column

4-Right click on it and select Start from the list that appears

Step 5 - Register your Biometrics again:

    1-Go to Account Settings

2-At Sign-in options go through the registration process to re-register your biometrics
