    Good Day Malhas699,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

It appears that 0x800f0801 means CBS_E_NOT_INITIALIZED, addition to DISM command line tool.

Here's the steps you can try.

Go to this link to Reset Windows Update Components.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/24742-reset...

Once you downloaded and run the tool, restart your computer and try to run again the Windows 11 Update Assistant.

If issue persists you can use the Media Creation Tool to update your computer to Windows 11.

Here's the link to download the ISO

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Download an ISO file and Run Setup.exe to Start the Upgrade.

Visit this link as reference to download the Windows 11 manually.

Here's a similar thread, it appears that this is a known bug with the Windows 11 update.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Good Day Malhas699,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, have you tried to use the Media Creation Tool MCT to install the Windows 11? You can use the Windows 11 ISO.

If you did not yet try it you can try and check if issue persists.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
Yes I've tried with the MCT and still can't update.
I get to a blue screen where it says my pc will restart a few times and then I get this window:
