Hello,

When I attempt to use a printer that was previously connected to my computer, I'm getting the error message 'Unable To Install Printer. The Printer Processor Does Not Exist'. The instructions for fixing this error that I have found I don't understand; e..g they ask one to create 'string values' in the registry. What are 'string valuesl? Is there an easier way? It's hard to believe that just printing a document on a previously connected printer could be so complicated.

    Hello,

The instructions that you gave me a link to are asking me to use a separate printer network, but formerly I did not use a separate network, but was able to print directly from the regular wi-fi network that I use, so I'm skeptical that this will work. Also, I don't want to have to switch to a different network to print, and formerly I did not have to do so.
