Great Microsoft! Your support team is absolutely fantastic. Just because the post is about Windows 10, you are going to ignore it??? I have 2 posts that your people didn't even look at, please review and solve. POST1 and POST2. Thank you.

    Hello again, I answered one of the posts myself, and from what I understand, you are troubled by a problem that has not yet been resolved and can only be resolved if a new Windows installation is done, in this post you require a developer response and asks for a patch update, and I understand you perfectly, I know how frustrated you can be, but as I said before, we are just community users, we are not employees and we do not have contact with developers, you must use the Win+ shortcut F to send your feedback to the developers.
