Hi Sarah,
Is that your Microsoft Account login details it is looking for and if so, are you details not accepted, what exactly happens?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have a Microsoft account - sarah_******@live.co.uk which is how I run Microsoft 365 and presumably Windows.
However, I've come across a problem recently. Everytime I try and Run as an Administrator or uninstall and App it comes up with my private email address and asks for a password. I have no idea what this password is and there seems no way to reset it. I am very stuck now and need help urgently with this matter.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Sarah,
Click your Start Button, type snip and hit Enter - this will open Snip and Sketch (depending on your version of Windows 10)
Set Mode to Full Screen, then click New to take a screenshot
Save that file to your Desktop and close the Snipping Tool
Then in your next Post, click the second last button on the toolbar above your post to select that image and upload it to your post.
Hi Dave
Can't seem to work out how to attach a document here but I have put the screen shots in a Word documnet.
Thanks
Sarah
Hi Sarah,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
1
What software are you trying to uninstall from your PC, is that 3rd party software or the office applications?
2
Please provide a screenshot of that error message you are seeing that is looking for a password
3
Click your Start Button, then just type netplwiz and press Enter, on the resulting utility, is it indicated that your user profile is a member of the Administrators group?
