I cannot launch the application even though my machine has all the characteristics recommended for installing the software Can you help me?

    There are no images attached.

    This is third-party software, right?

    If you want to make a remote connection, why not use Windows resources? I suggest Remote Desktop, or even the Quick Assist app.

    I do not know if you see the image as an attachment?

I installed the Secure Remote Worker software but each time I launch the application it refuses and tells me that free Storage error and I do not understand much.
I really need help it's to work from home
