Windows IPv6

I want to know the default RTR_SOLICITATION_INTERVAL for windows, in other words Windows sends IPv6 router solicitation messages which is the IPv6 DHCP request messages every how much time ? I remember that I read in an article that it's 30 minutes to 1 hour, but I don't remember and can't find this article anymore
