Multiple different blue screens that seemingly happen for no reason.

Today, after not having any issues with the computer I got a blue screen stating that my winload.efi wasn't found. Then I had to reinstall windows which allowed my computer to boot again. Then after using it for several hours I got a new message related to tcpip.sys(also a blue screen). Then I restarted it and after several hours got an error critical proccess was stopped. And then another error that had OR_EQUAL_TO in its name not sure which one then CRITICAL_STRUCTURE CORRUPTED, MEMORY_MANAGMENT. Now it just crushes randomely on boot without any error code at all. Feels like my computre just suddenly started failing in every possible way for no reason. One interesting thing i found out is that when it completely stops booting up. I just have to unplug some of my usbs or ethernet and it starts working again (not for long though). Don't know why or how. How do I fix that and what do I do.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues related to blue screen and I appreciate your efforts in providing us detailed information about it

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the make and model number of your PC?
    • Are you aware of any recent changes on the PC prior to this issue?

I would like to inform you that to get to root cause of the issue we need to analyze the mini dump files. To share the files, navigate to **C:\Windows\Minidump,**upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

    Check in safe mode

If the issue does not persist in safe mode, then proceed for clean boot

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

How to perform a clean boot in Windows?

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshootingto boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting

If the issue persists, please refer to the methods given below:

Method 2: Repair hard drive errors

Open Command Prompt in admin mode, type **chkdsk/f C:**and press the Enter key.

**Note:**Before performing chkdsk, please backup the data. While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector, if any data available on that might be lost.

    Method 3: Update driver

Please create a restore point before uninstalling and reinstalling drivers

Note: Restoring your PC won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.
