System always calling Windows Error Reporting service
[{(<Windows 10, build 190431266.>)}] Just reinstalled Windows, and I am already seeing some malfunctions for some reason. My cursor after every 5 seconds changes to the loading cursor for about a second. In the task manager I can see the Windows error reporting service is being called frequently. Restarting didn't fix. Probably there is something wrong with the driver because I just installed a bunch of drivers, few from the manufactures website, and others from a software which detects and installed outdated drivers. I have a laptop so maybe only downloading drivers from the manufactures website is a good idea? Because laptops are quite customized so the software I used to download other drivers didn't really find compatible drivers I guess, but I also did the same thing the last time I reinstalled Windows on this device (I have reinstall Windows about 3 times by now).
For every custom driver I installed before restarting, Windows gave me a error message telling that the memory at <memory_address> could not be read. I ignored it and the next it did not show up. But I really don't think it is a driver problem. I will try running SFC and DISM, but I really don't think that it is going to fix.
EDIT- ok, I just noticed that, it only happens at startup, after a few minutes, the malfunction does not appear, but at least for the startup, it occurs.
