Weird transparency issues

So i updated to windows 11 less than an hour ago and already have i found multiple issues most of them are not really a problem to be as they only happen when a setting is on but one if them annoys me so god damn much and i cannot for the life of me get it to go away i have tried everything reinstalling drivers, changing settings windows setting changing driver settings and it still a problem and the problem is that i have chrome installed and when i open chrome and when ever i open discord or any other app while chrome is maximized that app turn 50% transparent and all ways i have found to supposedly fix this have not worked and just made other issues appear does anyone know how to fix this?

After what i have been able to find is that it seams to be a MSI laptop specific issue though i am not sure of this and all ways to fix it have included to reinstall a intel driver and change stuff in NVIDIA control panel though non of this have made any change.

I am using a GE66 Raider 10UG

with a Intel i7-10870H with 8 cores and 16 threads and 2.2GHz

and a RTX 3070 laptop GPU

I do not have any images i can show as this issue does not show up on images

I managed to find the cause of the issue and i forgot to close this after finding it but it turned out for some reason it seams that windows 10 downloaded an "older" version of windows 11 after updating it it has fixed the issue i have no idea why it downloaded an older version but it did but now it is all good.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues related to app transparency while using Google Chrome

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • Does the issue persist even on other web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge)?
    • Are you able to see the transparency effect on capturing screenshot?

Please post screenshots of the issue showing on the screen. Please refer how to include a screenshot in your post to upload the screenshot.

Note: Make sure you don't capture any personal information while taking the screenshot

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to update BIOS from the link given below:

MSI Global - The Leading Brand in High-end Gaming & Professional Creation

Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

    We await your response
